It was a genuine pleasure to attend the Certificate Presentation Ceremony for Term 2/2025 at the Thai-Bharat Cultural Lodge (TBCL), Thailand — an evening that beautifully captured the spirit of cultural exchange and the enduring bond between India and Thailand.

Around 40 students were felicitated for successfully completing Hindi language courses at Levels 1, 2, and 3. Each certificate represented not just a linguistic milestone, but a personal commitment — hours of dedication and a sincere enthusiasm for a language that carries centuries of culture, literature, and warmth.
The occasion also served as the Opening Ceremony for the Hindi Language Course for Term 1/2026, welcoming nearly 100 new students embarking on their own Hindi learning journey. Seeing a new cohort take that first step was equally heartening.
What struck me most was the energy in the room. Faces lit up with a shared love for the language — a reminder that Hindi, far from being confined to its homeland, continues to find eager hearts across borders.
Initiatives like this, led by TBCL, play a vital role in strengthening the cultural fabric that connects our two nations. Language is never just grammar and vocabulary — it is an open door to understanding, friendship, and a deeper appreciation of one another’s heritage.
Proud to have been part of this meaningful occasion, and looking forward to seeing this community grow with every term.
