Sunil Kothari (born 9 November 1962) is an Indian businessman, philanthropist and film producer based in Bangkok, Thailand, widely respected for his contributions to business leadership, community development and cultural initiatives across India and Thailand.
Sunil Kothari has built his life and career across two countries, carrying the values of his Indian heritage into every endeavour he has undertaken in Thailand. Having arrived in Bangkok in 1983, he established Flawless Co., Ltd. in 1985 — a business that has grown over four decades into a respected enterprise across the India–Thailand corridor. As Chairman, he has led the company with a long-term vision rooted in integrity, relationship-building, and a deep understanding of both markets.
