Businessman and philanthropist Sunil Kothari has launched a bold new venture into the film industry, aimed at promoting Sanatana Dharma or Hindu culture through cinematic storytelling. This innovative project is in collaboration with Urban Boat Films, a well-known production house based in Mumbai renowned for its diverse portfolio in feature films, advertisements, short films, and documentaries.

The partnership was formally announced during a press conference held at the Indo-Thai Chamber of Commerce on Sunday evening, which saw a gathering of media, friends, and family. An MOU was signed and exchanged in front of attendees, marking the official commencement of this unique cultural endeavor.
Expressing his excitement about the venture, Mr. Kothari shared that pre-production has already kicked off, with filming scheduled to start after January. The feature film will be shot across Thailand and India, reflecting a blend of both countries’ rich cultural landscapes.
Through this venture, Sunil Kothari aims to delve into his creative and philosophical interests, using the universal language of film to engage and educate audiences about the core principles of Sanatana Dharma.
